Ayça Can Kırgız completed her undergraduate education on Turcology/Linguistics. She completed her master’s and doctoral studies in advertising, marketing and production management. She specialized in Russian, Chinese and Central Asian markets, thanks to her Turkish and Cyrillic based linguistic background. She has many articles, projects and books in this field. Kırgız, Istanbul Kent University Department of Business Administration Assoc. Dr. with the title. She also gives trainings in the fields of marketing, branding and sales at different universities and companies. She speaks fluent English, Russian, and can translate Ottoman and Uyghur.

Kırgız has been actively serving the industry as well as the academy for +15 years. It provides consultancy and training services to medium and large-sized companies in interdisciplinary areas such as marketing, branding, sales strategy development, personal sales training, luxury brand management strategy development and management, point of sale training, crisis management, technology transformation. Since 2018, Kırgız has been working as a consultant at LC Waikiki Corporate Academy ( training for product manager and store merchandiser positions, and preparing joint projects.

Kırgız so far, Skoda, Toyota, Hyundai, Siemens, Bosch, Profilo, Seranit, Pernod Ricard, Kilim Furniture, Zade Vital and Zade Yag etc. She has given trainings to many national and international companies and public institutions and also provided consultancy on project development. Within the scope of the “Sustainability and Brands in Developing Economies” project carried out by Kırgız with Africa between 2020-2021-2022, the books published by Springer Palgrave Macmillan were downloaded over 15,000 in a short time.
