Welcome to Vatel Culinary Arts and Service Academy, created in partnership between Istanbul Kent University and VATEL Academy. This unique collaboration aims to combine the strengths of Turkey’s and the world’s leading hospitality and tourism schools to train the leaders of tomorrow.

Vatel is the world leading hospitality school, established in 1981 in Paris, France.

Istanbul Kent University: A Leader in program

Founded in 2015 under the leadership of the Engelsiz Eğitim Vakfı (ENEV), Istanbul Kent University serves society's development in program, health, and culture. The university aims to introduce young people to contemporary, efficient, and effective programal services, acquainting them with high technology, advanced techniques, and current scientific developments on international standards.

VATEL International Hotel & Tourism School plays an important role in the hospitality and tourism sector. Culinary Academy

The Culinary Arts and Service Academy, created in collaboration with VATEL Academy and Istanbul Kent University, offers international-level programal opportunities. This program will be conducted through Istanbul Kent University's Lifelong Learning Center (KÜYEM).

Our tuition is 9680 Euros. The tuition will be calculated based on the exchange rate and will vary according to any increase or decrease in the rate. VAT is included in the tuition (Starter Kit – Knife Set – Uniform).

Basic Cuisine

Duration: 14 Weeks Education – 240 hours / 4 Months Internship

In addition to that French Lessons at French Institute – 4 hours per week

 

Amount of Demonstration: 40 Demostration

Time Range: 09.00 - 16.00 / 3 days education on weekdays.

(3 hours demo, 1 hour break, 3 hours practical education)
